"I know there are a number of students interested in construction field and the programmes offered by the Hong Kong Institute of Construction. However, parents would have some obstacles for their sons/ daughters choosing construction field as their future career.
On the other hand, there was a school next to our school undergone construction during these years. Many students witnessed how a construction site turned into a school. And students realized that many construction practitioners are young. Even some of them are females. It changed their mindset for construction industry and broadens their horizons. "

"After the introduction shared by the Hong Kong Institute of Construction, many students are interested in construction field and would like to know more. Besides, there are some graduates chose the programmes offered by Construction Industry Council (Hong Kong Institute of Construction). I would like to invite them to come back to school and share their school life in studying those programmes.
For the DSE examination, students need to handle three core subjects (Chinese, English and Liberal Studies) that require a certain level of writing skills and language standard. Those students would have disadvantages when attending the DSE examination. It is good for Hong Kong Institute of Construction providing alterative pathway for students to choose, especially for students who are keen on crafts but moderate academic levels. "
